       I am a people is not used to having breakfast in the morning. before I entered college I wasn't used to having breakfast even though there was a class that morning but I chose not to eat and just drink, or not I bought snacks like bread at night and ate it in the morning before class started. I am not used to having breakfast since I was a child around 5 years old. I will feel nauseous and get a stomach to achieve I to have breakfast in the morning. My parents know that I can't eat breakfast since I was little, and then my parents only give me bread or ask me to eat donuts.

    But when I visited my friend's place in the morning before going to school I saw my friend making a kind of porridge but strangely he mixed the porridge with milk, I asked if the porridge was delicious if it was mixed with milk. Then my friend answered this is not this porridge is instant oatmeal you can mix anything according to taste, she said. My friend gave me a pack of oatmeal. I took a photo so I could get more information about this instant oatmeal. after school according to my plan to find out what the benefits of this oatmeal turned out to be true, first, this is a kind of porridge or you can say a substitute for rice and I also read in the product that one cup of oatmeal contains 40g or the equivalent of 80% of our daily needs. it can be concluded that eating one cup of oatmeal can replace one serving of rice even though the carbohydrates in rice are bigger than oatmeal, but at least this oatmeal can replace breakfast which was originally just bread which is not so full now it can be with oatmeal because it can block hunger longer This oatmeal is better for people who want to diet.

    The last benefit of this instant oatmeal you can make this oatmeal for use for 5 minutes and then you just add how much oatmeal you want to eat then stir it then mix in milk or whatever it is according to taste. 

    And finally, after I learned about the benefits and uses of this oatmeal I asked my parents at that time when I was still in senior high school to buy this so that every morning my parents didn't have to hard to find a replacement for breakfast with bread or donuts for me because oatmeal had been replaced. Since then I knew about the benefits of oatmeal and until now I still eat oatmeal as a substitute for breakfast when I have class or when I have to go to campus in the morning. You can find this instant oatmeal at the supermarket near your house or in Alfamart and Indomaret you also can find this instant oatmeal, the name of this oatmeal is Queqer.

In asking for information, we must use interrogative sentences consisting of 5W + 1 H. Such as why, when, what, where, who, and how. With this, the person you ask will understand what kind of information you need.
